Information all of our clients need to know...
Please read:


Appointments:
Please arrive five minutes before your appointment so that we can update or add your information and you can change before your appointment begins.  If you are late we may have to shorten the appointment by minutes late.  If you wish to shower before your appointment please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment.

Cancellations:
Should you need to cancel your appointment, we request a minimum of 24 hours notice, and a credit card number to hold your reservation.  Failure to show for an appointment will result in a gift certificate redemption, series redemption, or a "no show" charge.


Credit Cards:
Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express accepted.  We no longer will be accepting gratuities on credit cards.  Please be prepared with cash or check.
 

Gratuities:
We are unable to add gratuities to your credit cards.  Please have cash or check available for gratuities.

 

Exchange Policy
Absolutely no refunds will be made.  Series, Gift Certificates, and Unopened product are returnable for store credit only.


Staff Requests:
All of our employees have trained at the finest schools, and do have their own technique.  Please feel free to try them all.  We also take requests.

Series:
Purchase any service in a series of six or more for great savings.  There is no expiration.  Give individual services from your series as gift certificates.

Corporate Packages:
We offer a large selection of Corporate packages with large savings.  Please inquire at (203)226-0888.


Barter Clients:
We accept Barter Network, Exchange and ITEX.  All services, series, gift certificates, and products are 1/2 cash and 1/2 barter.
