Please read: Appointments: Please arrive five minutes before your appointment so that we can update or add your information and you can change before your appointment begins. If you are late we may have to shorten the appointment by minutes late. If you wish to shower before your appointment please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment. Cancellations: Should you need to cancel your appointment, we request a minimum of 24 hours notice, and a credit card number to hold your reservation. Failure to show for an appointment will result in a gift certificate redemption, series redemption, or a "no show" charge. Exchange Policy: Absolutely no refunds will be made. Series, Gift Certificates, and Unopened product are returnable for store credit only. Staff Requests: All of our employees have trained at the finest schools, and do have their own technique. Please feel free to try them all. We also take requests. Gratuities: We are unable to add gratuities to your credit cards. Please have cash or check available for gratuities. Series: Purchase any service in a series of six or more for great savings. There is no expiration. Give individual services from your series as gift certificates. Corporate Packages: We offer a large selection of Corporate packages with large savings. Please inquire at (203)226-0888 and ask for David or leave a message for him. He will work with small and large corporations whether it be employee gifts or office massage sessions. Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express accepted. We no longer will be accepting gratuities on credit cards. Please be prepared with cash or check. Acupuncture: Dr. Chen is here on Monday's, please call 212-686-9227 for appointment. Barter Clients: We accept BXI and Exchange. All services, series, gift certificates, and products are 1/2 cash and 1/2 barter. | |||
